Refund policy
1. We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
2. You may request a return from self-service or get in touch with us via email. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
3. As a small and independent business, we kindly ask customers to cover return shipping costs. Customers may select the shipping method of their choice, provided the item is returned safely and securely.
4. Laces and mystery boxes are not eligible for return. Due to their specialized properties and fit-sensitive nature, we strongly recommend confirming the correct length before placing an order. Listed lengths follow industry-standard and boot-specific sizing guidelines.
5. Other Products must show no indication of use. This includes, but is not limited to, signs of skating activity, exposure to moisture, or contact with ice surfaces. A restocking fee may be applied to items with visible signs of use.
6. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Proof of delivery (such as onsite pictures or videos) is strongly encouraged!
7. We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, the quickest way to receive a different item is to place a new order separately.
8. For local pickup orders, returns follow the same eligibility criteria and time window as shipped orders. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of pickup. Customers are responsible for returning pickup items to the same pickup spot. A small $3 handling fee applies. Once an item has been picked up, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
